Let The Holy Spirit Inspire Your Art And Use You To Make An Impact
This blog is the backbone of an Online School Of The Spirit, designed to give you ways to start finding God’s inspiration in your art, your marketing, and your ministry opportunities. More about the school on its own page, but I’ve added something new for winter – a scavenger hunt.
The Scavenger Hunt
You may have seen or used a scavenger hunt I posted a few months ago on my website, but I was led to create another for my own personal use. You’re welcome to join me in the fun – see Create A Scavenger Hunt.
Why have I created one for myself? Because JoAnn and I are spending the next two months in Las Vegas with our friends Dennis and Lynnie Walker, leaders of Dunamis Resources. As I spent time soaking and looking to God for what He wanted us to do while we’re here, He gave me this list of things to reach for.
I have another for prophetic song and another about the gifts of the Holy Spirit on the Miracle Lifestyle.
Adapt The Scavenger Hunt For Your Own Use
If you want to join me in the scavenger hunt, start by printing a copy and presenting it to God during a soaking time. Let Him rewrite some of the lines for you.
Let my list be a servant, not a master. It may give you ideas of what to ask God about. A few of the items on my list may be exactly what God wants you to do. But the important thing is to let God direct you, not my list.
Anyway, have fun with it. If I get feedback about it I may start updating it every month or two. I’ll post testimonies as I get the things done; feel free to send your own testimonies.

Thanks for all the hard work you’re putting into this. I’ve been reading the culture shaper articles and they are very inspirational. I’ve had to take a break from art as I adjust to a new schedule, because I have a new beautiful baby girl. But I have been reading the articles and praying for direction and asking God how he wants to use me as an artist. I’m hoping for more clarity as I prepare to get back into it. Thank you for the articles.

Hi Karen — thanks so much for your encouraging comment. I have to believe your change of season right now is God-given, and when you pick up your art again it will be with fresh vision. Blessings — Stan
